Factories making sought-after Apple iPads and iPhones in China are forcing staff to sign pledges not to commit suicide, an investigation has revealed.

Its just too much!!
They are not just exploted with hard work, completly sad work enviroment and low salary, but now they can not even decide what to do with their own life.
If they try to kill their self its 99% the companies fault because of the treatment they give them, the facilities of theses companies "Foxcomm" seems more a jail than a normal company.
One of these days they will even decided how many times, these unhappy employees can breath that polluted air.
The worse thing it is that most of these companies have certificates of social responsability (ISO 26000).
I guess the important thing its to get as much money as they can, nothing else matter.
